Organization of the Professional Information Center - CIPRO (Centro de Informação Profissional) for development of Professional Information activities in the SENAC schools. Implementation of the Store Security, Janitor, and Office Cleaner courses.
Implementation of the Electronic Computer Programmer course, the first program in the Computing area. Beginning of 57 new programs, among courses and seminars, aiming at accomplishing the goal of 300,000 students established for the three-year period 1972/1974, with highlight to the courses of Tea Classification and Tasting, Corn and Rice Classification, Preparation of Delicatessen Snacks, Laundry, Labor Legislation, Commerce Assistant, among others.
Installation of the Moving Qualification and Training Unit Unifort (Unidade Móvel de Formação e Treinamento), to develop professionalizing programs where Senac São Paulo did not work with schools. From Unifort arose the Community Education Center for Work. Creation of Prodemp Corporate Development Program (Programa de Desenvolvimento Empresarial), embryo of the future Center of Technology in Business Management and, later, Center of Technology in Administration and Business.
Development of school inter-complementarity programs for high school teaching, through partnership signed with the State Department of Education, in the end of 1973.
Installation of educational companies that paired corporate and teaching functions, aiming at developing the practice in real work situations. The first educational companies to operate were the Educational Supermarket, at the Professional Qualification Center in the "João Nunes Júnior" building, in partnership with the Instituto Brasileiro de Supermercados IBS (Brazilian Institute of Supermarkets); the Training Center "Rubens Leme Machado"- in the area of bars and snack bars, in the Country Center of Sesc-SP, the Snack Bar and the Hygiene and Beauty Salon, in the Professional Development Center "Castro Mendes", in Campinas.
Beginning of operation of the Corporate Development Program - Prodemp as an autonomous unit, starting to serve the customer-company through advising, training programs and seminars, among other activities. Beginning of remote education activities, commercial learning courses developed as remote learning.
Inauguration of the Professional Qualification Center "José Geraldi", in Araçatuba. Development by the famous chef Paul Bocuse, who renewed French gastronomy, of a course for Hotel Studies professionals, in addition to lecture for Senac teachers and supervision of two dinners served in the Senac Hotel Studies School "Lauro Cardoso de Almeida".
Creation of the Advanced Senac Centers PAS (Pólos Avançados Senac), in cities where the Institution does not maintain regular activities. The first Centers were installed in Itapetininga, Votuporanga, Jales, Rio Claro, São João da Boa Vista, Fernandópolis, Barretos and Bragança Paulista. Implementation of the Hotel Administration Study Center CEATEL (Centro de Estudos de Administração Hoteleira), with the purpose of providing assistance to companies in the hotel studies segment. Later, it became the Center for Education in Tourism and Hotel Studies. Implementation of the Center for Disclosure of Professional Development - DIFUSOR, which assumes the activities of Tele-education, Professional Information and production of educational resources.
Inauguration of the Professional Development Center "José Papa Júnior", at the Francisco Matarazzo avenue, in São Paulo, with the beginning of operations of the Teaching Restaurant "Cantinho Paulista", an educational company targeted for professionalizing Hotel Studies courses.
